Except lately, well, they don't turn out like I planned. It's almost like my daydreams have a mind of their own.
My parents are Ruth and Brian Johnson. Do I have to say anything else about them? Ugh, all right. My mom works at Monte's World and my dad at the bank.
Money isn't exactly pouring in and I scrounge just to be able to buy a coffee when I hang out after school.
Things didn't always used to be so bad, but when I was a kid my mom had a miscarriage. It would have been my brother. Since then my parents always fight and my dad drinks.
I don't talk about it with anyone, not Tristan, not Mr. Buckle. I rather just dream it's not real. Dreams are always more fun, aren't they?
